"Oh my goodness…. You have a fantastic staff.  They were all great, very accommodating, flexible, approachable and top notch.  I can’t say enough about them.  They did a fantastic job.  They looked professional, acting professional and I would hire you/then again in a heart beat.  

The food was great.  I got more compliments on the food than I have had in years.  I feel like I got a steal of a deal hiring your company to do this event.  I was very pleased with their set up, tear down and overall experience.  

Now for the bad……. And this is on my part.  I didn’t order any Bud Light.  I like to have 1-2 Bud Lights before the guest and my co-workers arrive and all I ordered was what I would consider premium beers.  Very silly on my part.  LOL  

When David arrived, we went over the schedule for the evening and he was accommodating to our changes.  Very respectable young man.  When Jake arrived, he introduced himself to me and asked if I needed anything changed.  Lisa and I had a brief discussion on logistics of the night, I felt it went great.  I hope they felt the same way.   At the end of the evening David tried to mop our floor, I explained that is our housekeeping's job, but I appreciated that he asked.  Lisa tried to take the trash with her, I also explained that was housekeeping’s job.  I appreciate they wanted to leave the place how they found it.
