Jake has been cooking professionally for over twenty years. In 2011, he graduated from the Secchia Institute for Culinary Education. Jake believes food should be vibrant, flavorful, fresh, and stunning. For him, the food is more than just nourishment for the body, and believed that the food really turns an event into an experience. Jake says that the most rewarding part of his job is the guest satisfaction. In his free time he enjoys gardening, music, and hockey.
